Description
Dimar's Taper Drill bits are used to create tapered pilot holes perfectly fitting the screw thread and screw shank. Each Taper Drill bit is milled from solid High-Speed Steel for longevity. Highly Polished flutes surface for easy chip ejection. Special tip grinding for precise centering and penetration.
- The hole in the first piece of wood is drilled large enough to accommodate the screw shank. In the second piece of wood, the hole is perfectly tapered to fit the screw thread.
- This Drill bit is highly recommended for wood screws especially, hardwoods.
- Works on most Drill Press Machines.
