Description
Dimar's Non-Ferrous Saw Blades are ideal metal cutting. Our blades have custom designed gullets to minimize chip build-up. The negative hook angle, triple-chip grind, and thick saw plate combine to produce a superior finish.
- This blade is furnished with a negative 6° hook angle for slow feed resulting in quality finishing cuts.
- The Triple Chip Grind design consists of one tooth that has the corners chamfered, and the next tooth is a little lower and flat. They alternate in this manner around the circumference of the blade and this geometry serves to prevent chipping on the top surface finish
- Cuts most non-ferrous materials such as aluminum sheets, tubing extrusions, copper, brass, lead, and magnesium.
