Description
This ultimate rail and stile bit is recommended for creating doors. The stub spindle and cope cutter configuration are used to make unique door-making router bits. A cap screw secures the counterbored cope cutter to the spindle. The ornate ogee "sticking" along the edges of the stiles and rails is shaped with a matching profile bit. The tenon travels over the top of the bit unimpeded since the cope is cut on the ends of the rails.
